I love this pattern!

I started knitting this shawl as we taxied away from the gate on my way to the PRIM&R conference in San Antonio. I knitted for the entire plane ride there (both legs - stupid layovers), and through the entire conference. I stopped knitting halfway through the plane ride home because I was running short of yarn and wanted to leave myself enough to do a beaded bindoff.

1 row of eyelets
Knit one row
Begin bindoff!

But which beads to use?! The greenish ones are seed beads, and the blue ones and the multicolor ones are drop beads.

I decided to go with the blue beads because the holes in the mutli beads are too small so my yarn doesn’t go through. womp womp.

11/17/17 Finished bindoff
11/23/17 Blocked - stretched size is 66.5” wide x 26” center to point - I would have liked to have been able to stretch it bigger but it sure is pretty.

Notes on the yarn:
This yarn is extremely soft even before blocking, and the sparkly thread doesn’t add an itch-factor so it’s very comfortable for wearing next to the skin. The fabric has great drape. Photos 10 and 11 are closest to the actual color.
