11/17/13 Figured out the tubular cast on with waste yarn, and then 5 rows into the hat, realized that I was doing a 2x2 rib and the pattern calls for a 1x1 rib. Frogged 5 rows of hat and 4 rows of waste yarn, re-cast on with long tail

11/24/13 Finished knitting the beanie, and now have plans to line it with knit fabric for warmth.
