Notes

This is my second virus shawl and they are addicting!

With the first shawl I used thicker worsted yarn (Lion Brand Landscapes) which was beautiful in color but I wanted to make a more lightweight version so I decided on Red Heart Unforgettable. It has some beautiful colors, but …

it isn’t the easiest yarn to work with. The yarn varies in thickness and honestly doesn’t feel or look like a worsted weight at all. It is a roving type yarn so it is very easy to split if you aren’t paying attention to each stitch (which is easy to do with this pattern).

It does make for a beautiful shawl, though. Honestly, I’ll be making another one with the same yarn (different colorway) simply because for the price, look, and feel … it is worth the hassle.
