I never understand how yarns held together end up using such different amounts … I weighed my leftovers to determine the totals above - suffice it to say, you’ll need as many skeins as the pattern says, but you’ll have leftovers!

11-21-17 - and done! another victory for monogamous knitting!

11-8-17 - yay! a project I can start (again :-) without swatching. yarn wound. ready to go!

2-15-17 - oh geez. I was winding what I thought was 2nd ball of STACCATO and discovered it was DUNE - yep, I bought the wrong yarn… Dune is lovely, but not the right choice for this project. So I ripped it all out, returned the unused skiens and bought Staccato (for real this time). Will have to start again. but not now. this one is going in timeout for a bit.

2-8-17 - making slow progress because I’ve been distracted by other things - but loving it - the pattern is easy and fun and the yarn…yum!

2-1-17 - through the 2nd repeat - took the piece off the needles to measure - whew! 44”!!

1-31-17 - cast-on (today’s nap time entertainment!)
