Notes

Very easy and very pretty. This pattern is great for take-along knitting.

Koigu makes the beret both plush and soft.

Mods:
~ I used two skeins of Koigu held together throughout,
on a US 8 needle, in order to get the required gauge of
16 sts = 4”.

~ Because double Koigu is still lighter than chunky weight
yarn, I added a bunch of extra knit rounds between
rows 25 and 33 in order to get the height. I also added
an extra knit round here and there between increase
rows. Although I didn’t keep count, I’d approximate the
total of additional knit rounds to be 15.
