I loved this sweater so much. But I lost it. LOST it! Who loses a handknit sweater? WTF?

Since I hated my Heron in this yarn, I frogged it (okay, I frogged as I went along) and knit this cardigan. I love this sweater. I think it will get tons of wear this winter.

Mods:

• Although I checked the errata TWICE, it doesn’t say anything about the back trellis cable crossover. So I knit it as written and of course, my cables don’t cross. I am okay with it, but if I knit another one I will cross them.
• Knit a size M but with size L sleeves because I wanted it big and what do you know, it is big. Even the sleeves are big enough to wear long sleeve layers under it.
• Did not do any waist decreases, just knit it straight.

The yarn was frogged & re-knit into this and it looked a little rough in places, mostly because the prior sweater was a PITA to frog. This yarn is sticky wool. But after blocking, the yarn smoothed right out and looks great. Pretty soft too. I tried to seam with a single ply of the yarn separated out, but the single just fell apart under tension. I only tried this because I have a hard time threading a needle with a big fat yarn. I should probably buy a “real” tapestry needle or get a threading tool, but I hate seaming so I never remember to snag one.
