Used about 800 yards of 920 yard skein. 0.7 ounce ball leftover.

4/1/11- Blocking now. First time I wished I had blocking wires. There was aggressive blocking and I am pretty sure the stole was the aggressor. I used every pin I own and got it out to 20” x 68”-which is plenty. I also used a much smaller needle because I am a loose knitter so my gauge may have been off too.

I have so many other things going right now, but I love this stole and the yarn….oh the yarn! I wound it into a ball and I just had to cast on!
3/26/11--Cast off first half, weighed ball=2.5 oz. Whooo hooo! Should have plenty of yarn. Undid provisional cast on and started on second half.
3/30/11-Slogging away at the geometric lace on second half. It seems to take me forever. Really want to finish & block this soon!!!
