When you’re a knitter & all you can find to put on your little girls hands when she wants to play in the snow are mismatched machine knit acrylic mittens, you know it’s time to cast on!

This variegated yarn is knitting up really nicely in these mittens. I had tried it originally in a soaker, and it pooled horribly.

All finished. Need to research ways to avoid the holes in the thumb gusset. I sewed them up after the fact… but there must be a better way.
