Wanted to do something fun with the dress form and the shop had lots and lots of Tutu just waiting to be given a purpose.

Cutting into the yarn wasn’t an option so I threaded a waistband through the center of the skeins and gathered them for a carwash skirt effect. The top was a scarf sample that was loitering in the shop with no identification. The horror! It’s very stretchy (similar to Cascade Fixation, but shiny) so it was perfect for am improvised bandeau top.
