Ok disaster on a grand scale - i had knitted 3/4 of the first sock then tried it on WAY too big. Frogged it and made it 1” smaller
Now I have knitted 1/6 of the sock
11/12 more adventures in sock - knitted it again smaller and got to the heel and followed pattern duh didn’t make it smaller!!!!! frogged again blah - spent 5 hours on the train yesterday and now up to the toe. Today I will find some scales and check if there is enough yarn to knit the next one.
