I am in LOVE with this cute pattern! It’s incredibly easy, even for my beginner skills. The finished bag is 6” tall and 13” around. I used approx. 3/4 of the skein.

What I love most about the design is there is no sewing involved, except for weaving in the two end bits. These would make lovely gift bags for Easter goodies, or any occasion really. I’ve already started my second bag! (ok, make that my tenth bag!).

Edited June 01/2013: I’ve since made two Ditty Bags in a larger size. I started with 60 chs. for diameter and added 10 extra rows for height. The solid red bag took one full skein of Sugar ‘n Cream cotton 120 yd / 110 m. Both bags are large enough for me to carry my ‘stuff’ with ease.
