This is a gorgeous design! I used a skein of yarn from the local thrift shop. It had no label but it’s a very soft and cuddly yarn and easy to crochet with. I measured the skein and it was approx. 100 yds / 91 m in length.
I chained 124 for 45” / 114cm and the final length of my scarf is 56” / 142 cm (have I ever mentioned how loosely I crochet?) and I only had enough to crochet 4 rows. It’s all good though as it allows me to wrap this lovely scarf twice around my scrawny neck and button in front, with no strangulation factor…or I can leave it hanging for a different look.
