I wanted to give these a try as the pattern states and see what size I came up with. I think these were correctly stated as a size 8. I wear a size 9.5-10, so these aren’t for me. My mom wears a size 7 and she thought they were just a little too big but happily accepted them.

I held the brown yarn double for both the sole and the cuff. I knit 4 total rows in the cuff to make a little more substantial.

Next time I will try adding an inch to the length to fit my foot. I might also try decreasing a few stitches at the back of the foot toward the cuff to make them fit better around the heel.
