I made 80 squares for this blanket. It took me longer than I anticipated cause it’s larger than my usual projects and I didn’t work on it every day. Also because of the size, I didn’t expect the border to be more time consuming than linking the squares together. As you can see from the pics, the border is a different shade of burgundy but you can’t tell in normal lighting. Well it was all worth it…my mom said it looks very good, she loves it!
