My own Pattern
Magic Loop - switched dpns after heel
CO 72 (36 on each half of magic loop)
knit 1.75” 1x1 twisted rib

Set up pattern - each half of 36 sts
K1, P1, K2, P2, K2, P1, K to the end

Continue until leg is 7” from CO
5 increase rounds - total of 6 sts increased ONLY ON INSTEP SIDE
knit round 2 sts increased
knit round
knit round 2 sts increased
knit round
knit round 2 sts increase

Rearrange stitches for heel-dividing rib pattern in half

German short row heel in contrasting color

continue foot with only half of the ribbing on the top of the foot
(k1, P1, K2, P1, K to the end)- remember to decrease the 6 stitches over 5 rounds

10/8/21 First time with contrasting color heels and toes. and doing german short rows. Was off one stitch, but no one will be the wiser. Not worth ripping out.

Did not like the cascade Heritage- very splitty and very skinny. Not much twist or bounce.
