5/2/2016 - STARTING OVER

5/2/2016 - Had a mishap with one of the increase sections. Was knitting in the car (obviously a passenger) when my denise interchangeable came unhooked - so I had live stitches off of the circular needle, stitches were dropping. After saving everything, I then I put one of the stitch markers in the wrong place, which messed up my increases at one of the shoulders.

Tried to put in an afterthought lifeline, but it ended up being a fiasco, so the rest of the neck died a slow painful death. I guess I should have watched the you tube video again! Ugh…….. :/

4/29/2016 - was almost done with the neck section when I noticed that I had stabbed and split the yarn and the stitch looked ugly. So I put in a lifeline, ripped back and fixed. It was my first time doing that, and went off without a hitch. I LOVE you tube!!!!!

4/24/2016 - Cast on Neck

4/22/2016 - DONE - Swatch done in stockinette stitch with #8 needles. My gauge is 4.75 stitches per inch. I’m sticking with that.

Yarn: There is discussion whether this is worsted or aran. In my opinion it’s more of a worsted weight. Either way, it’s gorgeous and has the most beautiful sheen!
