02/17/25: I swear this will be the year I finish this.
11/29/24: A year later, I’ve picked this up again.
11/23/23: Started the fourth skein. The sweater is about waist length now; I might end up with one skein left over.
05/28/23: I really hope this softens significantly when washed.
03/21/23: After lots of stopping and starting, have finished the decreases and am now knitting straight for almost 24”. It fills the bag it’s in and a row takes like 45 minutes, so it doesn’t travel well.
09/15/21: Second skein done, still decreasing.
09/11/21: Picked this up again after another long hiatus. Currently knitting the decrease portion of the body.
11/14/20: Started the cuffs of the sleeves.
10/26/20: First skein done, picked up and started knitting the sleeves TAAT.
10/24/20: Tomorrow I work the wrong side row then separate the sleeves (and probably transfer it back to a shorter cable).
05/21/19: Picked this up for the first time in a while. Currently on the sleeve increases on the yoke. Really need to write which one is M1L and M1R on the pattern.
09/28/18: Chart A of collar completed, live stitches on scrap yarn, provisional cast-on removed and stitches on needle.
09/24/18: I COULDN’T WAIT ANY LONGER.
Intended as a Summit Seeker project for Nerdopolis 4.3 (October-December 2018) because I totally need another big project on the needles, but after this long hot humid summer I want it to be fall!
The yarn is from Coburger Fuchsschaf sheep and everybody on Grimm, including Rosalee the fuchsbau, wears awesome knitwear, so…
