Knit as per the Citrus Hat pattern but using 3 colors as instructed in the Helix Hat. The bind-off gets a little tricky as there are times you have to combine one loop of one color with the next color in rotation. Just guess as to which color to use when making that stitch, then either use the next color in rotation (unless you decided to switch while making the last k2tog).
