Anyone who knows me knows I have not had great success knitting for my mother in law. She is 94, still lives on her own, and has very particular tastes.

My husband thinks I’m an idiot, but I am going to make this hat for her, and she is going to LOVE IT,

UPDATE: it’s too big, and it’s superwash, so I am keeping it. starting again…
