My lovely friend Barb gave me this yarn. I needed a quick project for some instant gratification knitting while I was in the middle of a sweater, and this pattern was simple and easy.

The funniest part was that I started the pattern wrong, and then about halfway through the cowl, I realized what I was doing wrong and corrected it. This made for a pretty cool half-and-half design.

The only other change I made to the original pattern was that I changed the SSK to K2tog (because it’s just easier for me and ends up being the same thing).
