Dec. 12: Done! Took 5 hours to finish the last 3 rows + bind-off + weave-in ends.

Unhappy with: tension of edge, it curls unnecessarily. Too tight. Not too happy with the shades either, but it’s okay. Also unhappy with how the shawl isn’t symmetrical. Not sure how much blocking is going to help, but will cross my fingers that it does, significantly.

Started knitting with the yellow/red/brown variegated yarn as my A colour, but realising I don’t like the way the lines variegate. It looks like Hallowe’en puke.

I think I’m going to re-start, this time with the Orange/Red yarn as the A colour. Perhaps it’ll work out better with slightly less jarring colour changes at the top.

Just in case, I’ve left the other one on a stitch holder. I got to Pattern Rows:
