This is a total “potato chip knit” - must do one more row! Cannot stop! (As the rows got longer this was less so, but it was still a fun knit!)

Perfect mindless knit for me. I worked on this slowly over a long period of time between many other projects.

I decided I preferred a slipped stitch edge for the left side, so I slipped the first stitch of every row regardless of what the pattern called for.

I made a few Instagram reels on how I cable without a cable needle. This technique isn’t unique to this project, but is demonstrated on this project in the video clips:

I knit this from stash and figured I’d just use up all the yarn and when I was out, I’d be out. I knew I would be pretty close but might not have enough. I ended up being about four rows short. No big deal, I just bound off when I was ready. I skipped the i-cord bind-off because I preferred a little more length.
