This is a test knit for an upcoming publication. Photos and identifying details will be added later once the publication is released.

This was a pleasant, quick knit, easy to make, and easy to follow the pattern. The FO is rewarding and useful.

Gauge information
I knit tighter than most people do, so as is typical for me, I am knitting with a needle size two sizes larger than suggested in order to achieve pattern gauge. The pattern specifies measuring gauge across a specific stitch pattern, which I did.

The pattern gauge information does not suggest measuring across stockinette stitch, but there is a portion of stockinette knitting in the pattern body and my FO has an unblocked gauge of 6.5 spi in stockinette stitch in that section.

Yarn information
I knit this using stash yarn and my yarn is a bit thinner than the yarn specified in the pattern. However this style of pattern is pretty flexible in the fit and I had no issues creating a FO that fit well using this yarn.

I used 62 grams / 135 yards of Woolberry Fiber Co / Berry Worsted (100% SW Merino in the colorway Autumnal Walks) to make this project. Mathematically that checks somewhat close to yarn consumption had I used the actual yarn specified.

Sizing Information
I will add sizing information later when the pattern is released, but I knit the Medium size available in the pattern.
