switched to size 6 needles after i joined for arms, only because the dog ate my size 7s and it was looking pretty big and loose anyhow. am now following the pattern for the largest size but intend to add more increases at the end to make it longer. we’ll see…

2.12.12 - wouldn’t be a maricel project if i didn’t mess up. got to about three-quarters of the way done and realized it was way too big so i had to frog one sleeve and the entire body all the way up to the armpits to redo. sigh. at least i’m at the point where i don’t need to refer to pattern anymore and am gonna keep increasing the body for a nice tulip silhouette. in the meantime, may start another scarf project for instant gratification.
