02-05-2024 Gifting to my sister Patty for her 70th birthday partying_face

Soaked, blocked and dried smiling_face_with_3_hearts

Finished left and right thumbs +1

02-04-2024 Tricky but I picked up 3 stitches for a total of 22 stitches to knit both thumbs with DPNs.

02-02-2024 Knit Rounds 11-18, Corrugated Ribbing and finished bind off in pattern. Right Mitt almost doneheavy_heart_exclamation_mark_ornament

01-30-2024 Knit 6 more repeats of Rounds 6-10. Set up for right thumb was as easy as the left thumb!

01-28-2024 Finished Corrugated Ribbing, Rounds 1-5 and 1 of 7 repeats of Rounds 6-10.

01-25-2024 Cast on right mitt just like the left wink

01-24-2024 Finished left mitt except the thumb. After knitting the right mitt, will then knit both thumbs.

01-23-2024 Finished 7 of 7 repeats of Rounds 6-10. Ready to knit left thumb set up. Anxious to knit Rounds 11-18 wink

01-22-2024 Completed Long Tail Cast On 60 stitches, successfully joined in the round, knit Corrugated Ribbing, Rounds 1-5 of chart and 4 of 7 repeats of Rounds 6-10.

Held “Impressionist Sky” fingering sock yarn double instead of knitting with the “Blueberry Mix” blueberries that came in the kit.

This kit has been knocked around too long (April 25, 2011!!!) … need to find my knitting groove againheavy_heart_exclamation_mark_ornament
