Knit right Thumb and onto the left Thumb. Using my addiCraSyTrio flexible Size US 1 (2.25mm) needles.

02-03-2023 Finished beading left mitt and completed bind off. Mitts match nicely Only have to knit the Thumbs before soaking and blocking.

02-02-2023 Long Tail Cast On left mitt, knit Set up and 4 rnds five times this morning . . . knit up to 17th beaded rnd starting Gusset on rnd 1 of 10th beaded rnd.

02-01-2023 Successfully finished small Gusset and knit up to 19th beaded rnd this morning. Nancy has small hands and 20 repeats will be right size for her. I cast on size large, but following small for length. Excited to finish this right mitt tonight and cast on left mitt. Will wait to knit both Thumbs after finishing left mitt.

01-31-2023 Accomplished a lot knitting up to size small Gusset of right mitt. Started right Gusset on rnd 1 of 10th beaded rnd.

Using my leftover Ashes of Roses sock yarn with vintage cream 4mm pearls. Long Tail Cast On 50 (51) stitches on my Zing 9” Circular size US 1. (Not able to join in the round with 44 (45) stitches.)

Have no memory of how I worked this pattern in 2013, but figuring it out again

I have been pondering what to knit for my sister Nancy after she informed me she would like a pair of fingerless gloves to wear while driving (she forgot I gifted her Catching Butterfly Gloves in 2011). This pattern came to me this morning realizing I have knit two pairs.
