I found the time to finish the last few rounds and did a simple loose bind off. Very interesting that with the light color yarn (and no color work) I easily notice the “symmetry” of Junko’s use of short rows and increase rounds, especially in the yoke - GENIUS

Of almost 9 skeins I used, only 1 skein had 2 tie offs. The yarn is soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for

03-11-2022 Put my body stitches back on my adjustable US Size 10 1/2 circular and knitting Section 15 rounds 2-6 plus another 16 rounds for length like I knit my first RUG.

I use various lengths of circulars (with smaller size needles) to temporarily hold stitches. The body of my sweater is resting on a 47” circular (with size US2 needles) until I finish my sleeves.
