I modified the antlers so that they’re one connected rack. I made the first one as written. For the second, I connected in to the starting point of the first antler, left out the 6-stitch portion and started instead with the 5-stitch portion. This way the antlers share that 6-stitch starting “bar.” I found this version to be easier to sew to the head of the moose.

I also used a gathering thread down the back of the moose to pull the head up.

You can’t see the ears well in these photos, but they are behind the antlers.
