Cast on and found I had planned to use this yarn doubled up at one point so as I continued to knit with only one strand, it turned into a giant mess of yarn. Finished the edge then had to cut the yarn to try to detangle. No joy. Cut it another time and started detangling.

Yarn and hat had a time out for a few days then I managed to detangle and wind enough to finish the hat.
