Tried braids but didn’t really like them, so decreased bottoms of ear flaps and used 3 strands of yarn to make chains of 20 using larger hook, with fringe on the bottom, to tie.

I haven’t worn the hat much and asked Debra if she would like to have it, offering to add a pompom. She said yes to hat and pompom.
