Border: With Times Square I made a row of sc’s, a row of hdc’s, a row of dc, ch 1, dc and a row of shells (sc, skip 2 stitches, dc, ch 1, dc--shells on side have 5 dc’s and 4 ch’s; shells on corners have 7 dc’s and 6 ch’s; before and after shells, skip 2 stitches and sc into next stitch).
