This is my third design adapted from my UK Freeformers Christmas Challenge Christmas Tree.

My friend wanted a wall hanging, but it has been a long time since I made anything to hang up. While I was working on my trees I had an idea for a Christmas wreath.

I used the same stitch pattern and added Christmas roses. I did originally have lights on this, but it made the wreath very bulky and really did not add anything to the overall effect.

I padded the wreath with wadding and stitched some fabric, cut to shape, to neaten the back.

I think she will like this and it will hang in her conservatory.
