Cast on 52 stitches
Doing a 2x2 ribbing then will switch to all knitting until I have 8 inches.
This is homework for the sock class

15 rows of 2x2 ribbing
PLUS
66 rows of knitting in the round to equal 8 inches

6/10/14: my 2 socks of homework are done. each are 8 inches and am now waiting for afterthought heel class

6/22: class

Measure 6 inches from top for heel cut

33 rows more to get to toe decrease

6/24: one sock completely done!!

when I cast on for Rich I will cast on 60 stitches
