01/15/2025 - I got it in my head I wanted to try knitting the sewn Clyda Sweater from the Doll It Up January pattern subscription. am starting from this pattern in an attempt to replicate the look of the sewn pattern. I’m going to make the bonus Norma Flare Leggings to go with the finished sweater.

1. Knit 8 rows for the collar in garter stitch.
2. I cast on 3 extra stitched on the left back edge after knitting the collar to use as a button band under the right back.
3. I made my buttonholes on rows 3, 9 and 11, 2 stitches in from the edge.
4. I knitted 2 extra rows in the yoke before I started the torso
5. I bound off the sleeve stitches once I was done with the yoke (row 21).
6. Knit 4 1/2” of length in garter stitch once I joined in the round.
7. I cast on 4 stitches for the belt and knit in garter stitch for 25”.
