Notes

No fringe, casting on bottom edge same way as sleeves instead (picot folded edge in CC).
Sleeves knit two at a time on a long circular needle. Cast on only 55 st for sleeves, as I didn’t want that much flare.
I-cord bind off at neck.
Love the color of the blue yarn! Really want to knit a sweater with it as MC.
