I named this generation 3 because I had made one of worsted weight for my husband in 1985.
Also made one for my youngest daughter for kindergarten and now making this one for my grandson. he is the third generation. also made for a friend, a baby blanket.
Didn’t really keep track of the rows in the beginning,, but as I got close I started to. Got started on the 6th but a few days cleaning a room and bla, bla, bla. Probably at lest 10 days I did not get a chance to put even 1 row on, and a couple of days only 2, 4 or possibly 6 max..

Then the yarn problem;
many different dye lots and some with no number, (tag)
3 skeins of 155175 those skeins had 123 yards a skein
1 skein of 155175 which had 123 yards
2 skeins of 216660 and they had 108 yards per skein
1 skein of 245302 that had 125 yards a skein
5 skeins of 150612 and they had 123 yards each skein
1 partical skein no number I know had .9 oz
1 other partical skein that had 1.8oz
1 1/2 skeins of another with no number. (5 oz)
Gauge us 10.5 or 6.5mm needles
CO 178 sts 8/8 border
3.5 sts to the inch or 14=4”
21.5 rows =4”
Finished size was 49X68

Will put the rows in for me to look back on.
Am starting another one for my husband.
