Ordered the yarn today, but on this site it looks lighter than others I had looked at. I hope it is a smidgen darker. We will have to wait and see. I am worried now, I can’t buy 2 more of any color. :( so so wish I could though. I am sending it early. She needs a Hug.
This one is for sure for Aunt Blanche for her 83rd birthday. Perfect name, and it is med/light weight., a little lace and believe will be perfect for SC cool nights.

Well I thought it said you do chart B twice, but guess not, so Chart B done and will do a few rows of the lace bottom section.
measures 15-16” not blocked so it should block out long enough. just hope it is to short. I can always make her another one longer. So guess it works out either way.

April 8
Finished beg. Start chart A itm.

April 9 nothing

April 10
Finally got to start chart A. only 6 rows of it done, but all is going well.
I don’t think I like the purl st., and I think I was supposed to k it on the back side, not sure, so it will be this way I guess.
A little more time tomorrow. maybe get a couple of charts done. :)

Just a couple rows short of finishing chart A Twice.

A couple rows and 3rd repeat will be finished.

April 13 only time for 5 rows of repeat 4. :(

April 14
finished repeat 4 this morning. Measures 11 1/4” so better do the 5 repeats as most others did for a large before chart B.
Have 28g left on skein. Hope it will do the last repeat of chat A.
Almost.
Just can’t get a good pic of the color. Hopefully after done and get nice pic outside.
Only 6 more rows done later today.

April 17
Has been very busy last 2 days. kids, meetings, vet.. Do have 5th repeat finished. now and Have 14g left of the 28g. Need to wind 2nd skein tomorrow and check some projects and decide if I need to add another repeat b4 I start B Chart. Or I could just do extra of B chart. .
It measures 14” right now.

Sat.April18 Went to the women’s retreat today. That was late, then supper, and all that good stuff, so only 2 rows into Chart B. :(
Maybe some quite time tomorrow afternoon. Shoot !!!! still didn’t roll my yarn.

Half way through chart B. ran out of yarn on row 8. 14g.

Well it is what it is on this one. lots of mistakes I see. At least they were consistent and wont show wearing. Need to make another one.
