do this making 9 rows of 8 stitches.

With G hook and doily yarn sc around the whole diaper.
Close up diaper using tiny button’s, ribbon, tiny diaper pin…what ever you would like.
I cur 4x4 squares of tissue paper with pinking shears and places a Tootsie Roll in each tissue paper and placed in diaper
