Used the Design Line Arne & Carlos, couldn’t quite figure out how to link it.

These are my socks for the 2KnitLitChicks Never-Have-I-Ever sock KAL. They work for this challenge because I had never used the Fish Lips Kiss Heel before or knit shortie socks.

I used 60 stitches. Four rounds of twisted rib, then 1” stockinette before doing the FLK Heel (as instructed in the heel pattern). Had to knit until 1.5” to the end of my toe then did a rounded toe. I had to knit the first toe multiple times to make it long enough to fit. For the second sock, I cast on 56st for the ribbing, then increased to 60 in the first round.

I love the technique for the heel. It pulls a little bit over the top of my instep, so it might not be the perfect heel for me.
