I have trouble reading my gauge when yarn is knit loosely. It could be 24 stitches, could be 26 stitches. But I didn’t want my fabric any more gauzy, so I went with what I had.

1/11: Love it so far! I didn’t feel like getting out a larger needle for the colorwork, so just actively knit looser than usual.

1/29: Finished the body. Made it 13.5” in length from armpit, but might have to re-evaluate it after I finish the sleeves. My sweater is not as loose as the pattern, so it might look better with more length.

2/5: Realized that I knit the first sleeve to 16” instead of 12”. Debating if I want shorter ribbing, or to pull back some of the sleeve. Can’t decide right now, so just started the second sleeve.

Love it! My sleeve is probably about 13” with maybe 4” of ribbing. It seemed slightly short but was the perfect length once it was blocked.
