Clue #1 completed!
I messed up the transition 1. I am using a single ply yarn and I didn’t want it to get hairy. So I didn’t tink back to make the adjustment.
I also chose to keep the center 3 stitches garter instead of following pattern.

When I purchased the Preciosa yarn, I didn’t realize it was single ply. Yuck but I love the color!
