The pattern doesn’t have a sock weight version, so I’m making the 6 month size for the sport weight so hopefully it’ll balance out a bit.

Judging by the measurements given on the pattern, this is still a bit small for a newborn (15” circumference). It does fit something that size since it’s so stretchy, but it probably won’t fit for too long. If I have time before the shower I’ll probably make a 12 month size just to be safe.

I’m counting this finished, though it needs a button. I’m making a sweater too and I want to get all matching buttons at the same time, so this will get its button later.
