Plan to cast this on and make while away at Disney :) Is green label/aran weight but looks more like worsted so should be perfect for this project. A bright, fun color and so soft. I think I will become addicted to Tanis’ yarn.

Aiming to make it about 50” around so it will hang like a nice long “necklace” or loop around twice without strangling me :) Cast on 120 st.

Made it (with mods) but have decided to frog it and start again….too tight even with extra sts added.

Finished. For reals. And, I love it! The yarn is fantastic and the pattern is light and airy on my neck. Here are my mods/notes:

-cast on 160 st and it comfortably wraps around twice…probably should have done 140 or 150 st though as I RAN OUT OF YARN! Ugh! So I modified doing only 3 rows of garter stitch on one end instead of 5, can’t tell unless you are really looking closely, and I got creative in my last stretch of bind off stitches! Used Jenny’s super stretchy bind off as in pattern for the first time and it was fantastic!
-lacework: alternated sections of yo, k2tog with ssk, yo to create a chevron/zig zag pattern. Love the results!
