Got this as a kit from Twisted during the Rose City Yarn Crawl. They had specially split hanks of the LSS into half-balls for the kit--just enough for the double loop cowl. (Given the price point on the LSS, I appreciate the deal!)

I followed the worsted weight directions and knit the longer length, after 12 repeats I knew I wasn’t going to have enough yarn for another complete repeat.

At the nice loose gauge the pattern has you work, this yarn blocks like a dream. There is so much silk you can basically lay it in place and it will stay. I ran some blocking wires through the sides to keep them straight, but didn’t even bother to pin them down. I got a finished length of 54” after blocking.
