Purchased this yarn at the 2023 Wool & Folk with encouragement from hand dyer to purchase a bold color for a cropped sweater. The planned top was was not knitting up the way I prefer the fabric for a top, so it was frogged and yarn put in a drawer for future use.

While decorating the house for xmas, the yarn was discovered in a drawer (had forgotten I had stored it there) so it came out of the darkness to be turned into a Ranunculus to wear at Christmas time. It is working up beautifully and the tweedy bits in the yarn are not detracting from the lace pattern.

Finished in plenty of time to be blocked and worn for Xmas day and I love it! I’m so happy with this make.
