Very quick and easy knit. No modifications except minor working on the thumb, noted below.

CO 28 st. with 5.0 mm, switched to 4.5 mm immediately.

Thumb - picked up 4 st. instead of 2, and decreased to 2 st. on the second round to avoid gaps. Used 4.0 mm needle for snug fit.

Thumb Gusset - The M1L/M1R increases created fairly large gaps up and down the gusset. I left an extra-long tail when I joined new yarn to finish the thumb. I then used it to stitch closed the gaps along the gusset.

They seem snug but the ribbing makes them fairly stretchy. Hoping they will fit well.

Each mitt is 32 g.
