Cast on using Judy’s magic cast on.

I wanted the beanie to be a bit longer and I thought it looked a bit more balanced to repeat the K5b section again. I knit Rows 9-64 instead of 60. This would repeat Row 9-36. Then Rows 9-15. Then the crown decrease.
