I used the stitch counts from the Blaster pattern neckline, but modified the garment’s shaping, moved the vertical eyelet stripes, completely changed the bottom border and inserted some borders at the cuffs using a completely different stitch pattern - the double eyelet rib, and did different sleeves to make them fit me better and to get the right stitch count for the amended cuffs. Oh, and I put in vertical darts to give a slightly more tailored look to the torso. Basically, the only thing that’s the same is the number of stitches I used for the neckline cast on - from there on, it’s pretty well free-style.

18mm buttons are too small for these buttonholes, so I either need to make smaller buttonholes or buy bigger buttons - minimum 22mm. And I need to make the shoulders about 4 stitches narrower on each side.
