I started this last night and finished it this afternoon. I’d say I spent about 5 hours total on knitting. The pattern was great and with size 15 needles, it flew by. A few mods included YO for my increases (except for the lace rows, I M1 at the beginning and very end and YO for the ones along the spine). Also I did a moss stitch and I’m not sure if that’s a modification or not. Some patterns have ribbing and others don’t…
The last repeat, I only two rows of the lace pattern and two of moss stitch and ended with 4 rows of garter. Otherwise I stuck to the pattern! Only 1 skein was used!!!

I have literally been hanging on to this yarn since I started knitting. My mom originally bought it to knit and felt a bag with it, but after that project was frogged I commandeered the remaining yarn and moved it around and stored it in the back of my closet until today! So, I named it Jadeite in honor of the retro milk glass that my mother loves and for it’s pretty seafoam green color. I’m hoping it softens up a bit with a long soak.
