CO 70 stitches with size 10 needle, then switched to size 9 needles. I did 6 rounds of K1, P1 rib, then switched to SS. Going to play with the pattern. On round 5, I purled 2, knit 3 around. On round 10, I knit 3, purled 2. Alternate every 5 rounds, with SS between. Knit to about 6.5” before quick decrease method.

I had to supplement the remaining handspun with Peruvian wool to make the pom pom. I attached it with a button so it can be removed for washing.
